Well happy birthday!!
Well thank you :)
So.
With midnight gingerly ambling it’s way past, I’m now 23. Rapidly approaching the point, I suspect, where I’d rather not think overly much about the +1 to the age increment. However, to take my mind off it - new DSLR! Expect photos. Lots of photos. :D

I think the line should just be on the left, then the stories springing off to the right. It just looks messy. Also, I don’t like that the me from 3 or 4 years ago is now instantly searchable!
Yeah… I’m afraid my friends at college are going to look back at my posts from high school and find out what a...

I’ll rewrite it in a short while when I get some more free time!
I wrote a massive post on visiting Macedonia
Tumblr deleted it all, and uploaded two of the four photos I told it to.
You’re really not helping my attempts to start using you again…

So.
I haven’t been on here much of late, apart from unashamedly plugging my blog, which I apologize unreservedly for. I might consider making something of a comeback sometime during this week.
Maybe.
The Spanish Media, or How to Disappear Completely... →
audereestfacereblog:
With the International break currently upon us, here’s an article on the English and Spanish media reaction to England’s victory against Spain on Saturday.
Something weird happened over the weekend. I’m not talking about England’s wildly unexpected 1-0 win over World Champions Spain at Wembley, which defied most people’s expectations of a degrading and embarrassing romp...
Fulham 1-3 Spurs: Viewer Discretion Advised →
audereestfacereblog:
Spare a thought for poor old Harry. Days after heart surgery, and his Spurs side serve up that last ten minutes on a platter. Certainly not suitable for viewers of a nervous disposition; Modric’s last-ditch off the line clearance, Friedel’s countless finger-tip saves, and our now customary slightly shoddy defending at set-pieces all ensured I spent much of Sunday evening...
Newcastle: Time They Were Taken Seriously Again?
afootballreport:
By Andy Brunning, writing from Dorchester, England
As it always does by this stage in the season, the Premier League table is beginning to take on a not unfamiliar appearance. True, perhaps the advent of Manchester City as the current league leaders is a marked change from recent years, but with their many millions it was really only a matter of time before they sauntered...

Doing note-taking for Student Support services, £12 an hour, with around 20-25 lectures a week. I’m essentially being paid to be a student for another semester. Cushty.

Spurs 4-0 Liverpool - Winners and Losers →
Still very confused by our strikers scoring three goals in one game. It’s an odd game.

You know, he really has a problem, you know, with saying ‘you know’ too many times in sentences. You know?
Steed Malbranque hasn't retired, and his son... →

Don’t know if any of you saw this, but yesterday everywhere was running the story that Steed Malbranque was quitting football aged 31 to care for his son after he developed cancer. Contrary to these stories, he isn’t retiring. His son doesn’t have cancer. Because he doesn’t have a son. Got to say it’s a worrying indictment of football journalism when something this...

Time to give Dos Santos (another) chance? →
So, Van der Vaart is out for six weeks with a torn hamstring :( But, maybe, this’ll give Dos Santos a chance to stop going out drinking every night an establish himself in the first team. Maybe.
See there's another 'hilarious' facebook status...
You know, for ‘breast cancer awareness’. Sure. Posting cryptic and pointless facebook statuses is definitely raising awareness for breast cancer.

Heh.
From the Spurs website:
“Tonight’s task would appear somewhat easier for Rafael van der Vaart, whose Holland side face minnows San Marino at home, already sitting three points clear at the top of Group E.”
I imagine it’ll be even easier considering he’s got a hamstring injury and therefore won’t be playing. Slightly concerning that our official website...
